testimony In a murder trial was the
decision today of Judge Cretlan In
the district criminal court, where Sid-
ney Barry was on ‘Ha! charged with
murdering his wife's sister, Mrs.
Theresa Barry, January 22 last.
Little Nathalie Barry, niece of the
dead woman, upon whom the prose
cution depended, was so frightened
that she could give no cohorent ans
wers to counsel. Harry was dis
charged.
