To the Superior Court of said county: The petition of W. D. Creel, F. J. McMahan, A. M. Brown and C. M. Potter, air of Ware county, Georgia, respectfully shows: 1. That they desire for themselves, their associates and successors to be Incorporated and made a body politic under the name and style of “The C. M. Potter Company” for the period of twenty years.
