The petition of W. N. Gramllng, L.
J. Gramllng and J. M. Orrell, all of
Ware county, Georgia, respectfully

1. That they desire for themself
ee, their associates and successors to
be Incorporated and made a body po
litic under the ‘name and style of
•The W. N. Gramllng Company” for
the period of twenty years.
2. The principal offices of said coiu
ptny ahull be in the* city of Way
cross, Wnrc County, Georgia, but pe
titioners dexlre the right to establish
branch olHcos within this state or
elsewhere, whenever the holders of
a majority of tlio stock may so de
termine.
3. The object of said corporation
la pecuniary gain to itself and Us
Shareholders.
4. The business to be cur.’iea on

6. The capitul stock of said cor
poration shall be Twenty-live Thous
and Dollars ($25,000.00), with privil
ege of increasing same to the sum of

Stockholders, said stock to be divided

vote of majority of its stock outstand
ing at the time. They also ask au

up its affairs, liquidate and discontin
ue Its business at any time it may de
termine to do so by a vote of two-
thirds of Its stock outstanding at the
time.
They desire for said Incorpora
tion tho right of renewal when ns
provided by tho laws of Georgia, and
that It have all such other rights,
powers, privileges, nnd Immunities
ns are incident to liko Incorporations
or perniesiblo under the laws of Geor
gia.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to

style aforesaid with tho powers,
privileges nnd ImmunltiPH herein set
forth, nnd ns are now, or may here
after bo allowed n corporation of sim
ilar character under the taws of Geor
gia.
