J. Gramilng and J. M. Orrcil, all of
Ware county, Georgia, respectfully

1. That they desire for themsel*
es, their associates and successors to
he Incorporated -and made a body po-

the period of twenty years.
2. Tho principal offices of said com
pany shall be in the* city of Way
cross, Ware County, Georgia, but pe
titioners desire the right to establish
branch offices within this state or
elsewhere, whenever tho holders of

shareholders.

store, handle, import, export and
transport groceries of every descrip

fixtures, notions and other articles
usually handled in grocery and gen
eral merchandise stores, meat nnd all
other animal products such ns hides,
