Macleod, who waa a resident of Waycross for some lime, died at the hospital in Savan nah ^Saturday night. Mr. Macleod kept books here for the Prlce-Mc- Culiey Company and made a large number of friends. He bad a stroke of paralysis four years ago. from which he never recovered. Mr. Mac- leod was 62 years of age, and la sur vived by a sister, Mrs. R. M. Rull, of Savannah. The funeral and in terment occurred In Savannah this afternoon.
