Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Sweat entertain
ed at an elegant course dinner at
LaGrande Hotel last night. The table
was very attractively arranged and
decorated. The predominating color
“yellow" being the color of the charm
ing dress worn by the bride-elect,
Miss Vera Sweat, who wore an elabo
rate gown of yellow satin with Irish
lace trlmmngs. Miss McDonald,
maid of honor wore pink satin with
blue silk marquisette overdress. Miss
Carreker, of Cairo, Ga., wore a lovely
gown of pink satin and marquisette.
Miss Hudson, of Molena, was pretti
ly gowned in green satin. In the
