JOE BROWN WILL WIN. Atanta, Ga., Nov. 21.—The followin, statement has been given out by th'ose in .charge of the Campaign of former Governor Joseph M. Brown: "If Governor Brown receives 76 per cent of the votes he got last year he will be elected. "At the lowest estimate Governor Brown will receive 80 per cen^of his old vote. "Ho will get from 10 to 20 per cent of his erstwhile opposition vote. "Therefore his election Is assured. "The abovo are conservative state ments of facts garnered from the most reliable sources. The figures given are far more conservative than our confident, honest belief. * "Our belief is that taking the stnto ns a whole, from 90 to 95 per cent of the men who voted for Governor Rrown last year will vote for him thid year: Our belief is, nnd likewise ft Is flm; of men who were leaders of the oppo sition last year, that Governor Brown wjll receive at least 20 per cent rf the otes that were cast against him in 1910. Our belief is that, in line with th-) above, Governor Brown will be elected by a substantial majority over both of his opponents.’’ O3opher says a crucial moment in a woman’s life is when her escort is waiting down stairr and she can’t find her powder rag.
