and representative attendance marked
the opening here today of the second
annual Ozark Land Congress. Gov.
Iladley delivered the opening address.
At' the afternoon session Col. R. E.
Smith of Sherman, Texas, and Frank
D. Fuller, secretary of the Tri-State
Fair of Memphis, Tenn., were the
principal speakers. The sessions will
continue until Saturday.
