Hon. Henry I Goetchins, the
Columbns Southern’s -attorney,
informs us that he has only found
ona man thus far wh-~ refuses to
give the right of way. This man
lives in the upper edge of Terrell. 1
- Tha railroad is loeated through
the northeastern edge of towns
and the depot will probably be
near the Owen Nelson lustitate.
Col. Jorlan says that 1,500
hands are in readiness to be put
to work on the road by June Ist if
the necessary notes for the $123,.-
009 are fortbcoming by that time.
