Malinin Smith was found in a
patch of woods, six miles from Ma
rietta, Tuesday. She was ‘last seen
returning from the house of Lish
Cochran,where she had been milk
ing, and was carrying some milk to
her children, when she fell by the
side of a path and died. She was
about 35 years of age and a widow,
and left two small children. She
had been complaining of her head
and heart for some time past, and
the coroner’s verdict was death
from heart disease.
