WHEREAS, heretofore on November
26, 2008, FERNANDO GIRFFIN did de
liver to DRB REALTY & PROPERTIES,
LLC a Deed to Secure Debt conveying
the following described land, to wit:
All that lot or parcel of land with im
provements thereon, situate, lying and
being in the State of Georgia, City of
Sardis, in the County of Burke, being
shown and designated as Lot 13, of
Summertown Subdivision, on a plat be
ing recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Burke County,
Georgia, in File No. A-7487; reference
being made to said plat for a more com
plete and accurate description of as to
the metes, bounds and location of said
property. Said property is hereby con
veyed subject to any and all other ease
ments and restrictions of record in the

WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure
Debt was executed to secure a note of
even date therewith, together with all
other indebtedness of the Borrower to

contracted, which was or would be evi
