executed by Willie B. Jones to Mortgage

said Security Deed having been last sold,
assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A. by Assignment, securing a
Note in the original principal amount of

Shokes, Jr. a certain Deed to Secure Debt

of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Burke County,
Georgia, in File for Plats No. A-6523. Said
plat is incorporated herein and made part
hereof for a more particular description of the
metes, bounds, and location of the parcel
conveyed.
Grantor herein also conveys to Southern
Bank an ingress-egress easement of thirty
(30) feet in width along the property line of
Grantor’s adjoining property for the purpose

shall be in effect so long as this instrument is in

Because of default in the payment of the
indebtedness, secured by a Deed to Secure
Debt executed by Alfred L. King, Jr., dated the
25th day of September, 2009, and recorded in
Deed Book 752, Page(s) 240-251, in Burke
County, Georgia Records, the undersigned,
Eddie J. Taylor, pursuant to said deed and the
note thereby secured, has declared the entire
amount of said indebtedness due and payable
and pursuant to the power of sale contained in
