Revolving Credit Security Deed has been and
is hereby declared due and payable in full by
reason of default under the provisions of said
Revolving Credit Security Deed and the terms
of the Line of Credit Home Equity Agreement
secured thereby, and sale will be made for the
purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to
the payment of the indebtedness and interest
thereon, attorney’s fees and expenses of sale,
and the balance, if any, shall be applied as
provided by law.
To the best knowledge and belief of the
Lender, said property will be sold as the

Because of a default in the payment of
indebtedness, and under and by virtue of the
power of sale contained in that certain Security
Deed executed by KATHY VAUSE
(hereinafter “Borrower”) to CAPITAL CITY
BANK (hereinafter “Lender”), dated JULY 23,

Also together with the Borrower’s right title

other improvements and fixtures.
Default has occurred under the terms and
provisions of the Security Deed and in the
payment of the debt secured by the Security
Deed. As a result of such default, the total

Agreement has been and is hereby declared
due and the Security Deed foreclosable
according to its terms and applicable law.

AMENDMENTS
Pursuant to requirements of the Georgia
Constitution, Attorney General Thurbert E.
Baker, Secretary of State Brian P. Kemp, and
Legislative Counsel Sewell R. Brumby hereby
provide the summaries of the proposed
constitutional amendments that will appear on
the November 2,2010, general election ballot
for consideration by the people of Georgia:

Allows competitive contracts to be enforced in
Georgia courts.

Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended
so as to make Georgia more economically
competitive by authorizing legislation to
uphold reasonable competitive agreements”?
This proposal provides an exception to the
current constitutional provision which prohibits
the General Assembly from authorizing any
contract or agreement which may have the
effect of or which is intended to have the effect
of defeating or lessening competition. Under
the proposal, the General Assembly would be
empowered to authorize and provide by
general law for judicial enforcement of
contracts or agreements restricting or
regulating competitive activities between or
among: (a) employers and employees; (b)
distributors and manufacturers; (c) lessors and
