Under and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in that certain Security
Deed from Jose Gonzalez ("Grantor")
to Hodges Real Estate, Inc. ("Grantee")
dated June 18, 2008, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Burke County, Georgia, on July
11,2008, in Deed Book 708, Pages 271 -
276, default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness secured
by said Security Deed, there will be sold

Under and by virtue of the power of
sale granted by JANE MOBLEY A/K/A
JANA MOBLEY ("Grantor") to BILLY
JOE DEATON ("Grantee") in that certain
Real Estate Deed to Secure Debt dated
FEBRUARY 20, 2015, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of BURKE County, Georgia, in
Deed Book 942, Page(s) 31, et seq.,
Grantee offers for sale at public outcry
before the Courthouse Door, in BURKE
County, Georgia, within the legal hours
of sale on the First Tuesday in SEPTEM
BER, 2016, being SEPTEMBER 6,2016,
for CASH to the highest bidder, the
purchaser paying the transfer tax, all
costs of preparing and recording a deed
of conveyance, ad valorem taxes and all
