number of donors has also
heavily increased since then,

it’s in coming together despite
the odds against us to get
something done,” she said.
“I’m amazed every year by the
outpouring of love and support
and have no doubt this year
will be any different. Our first
responders have been busy
encouraging their friends and
families to participate and they
themselves are usually the first
in line. I can’t wait to see what
our turnout is.”
Jacqueline Clemmons,
recruitment specialist for
Shepeard, also confirmed
donating right now is
Continued from front
completely safe.
“All precautions for safety
will be in place,” she said,
adding that Shepeard has been
taking donations throughout the

cannot stop and are an essential
service for saving lives.”
