recorded in Deed Book 984, Pages
11-14, Burke County, Georgia re
cords. Said Deed to Secure Debt
having been given to secure a note
dated April 11, 2016, in the original
principal sum of Twenty Three Thou
sand Seven Hundred Forty Nine and
00/100 ($23,749.00) Dollars with
interest from date at the rate stated
in said note on the unpaid balance
