windows, cleaning and reinstallation
of security window screens;
replacement of all above and
below slab plumbing and fixtures;
replacement of electrical service,
distribution panel, wiring, devices,
and fixtures; and replacement
of heating systems. Removal of
selected sidewalks and restoration
of yards, removal and replacement
of sidewalks in locations directed
by the Owner, and reconfiguration
of handicapped accessible parking
and access to designated dwelling
units.

Specifications may be obtained by
prime contractors, subcontractors,
or material suppliers, from the
Architects website at https://brr-
architects.com. Prime Contractors
wishing to submit a bid are requested
to provide the Architect with a
company name, street address,
telephone number and a current
E-mail address where addenda may
be forwarded.
No bids may be withdrawn for a
period of sixty (60) days subsequent
to the opening of bids without the
consent of the Owner.
The Owner reserves the right to
