or modifications of any such

make payments when due in the

Note. The indebtedness remaining
in default, the sale will be made

proceeds thereof to the payment

accrued interest thereon, expenses
of the sale, attorneys' fees (notice

possession of Hart Acquisitions,
LLC, or a tenant or tenants. The

Said property will be sold as the
property of Hart Acquisitions, LLC
and subject to any outstanding
ad valorem taxes (including taxes
which are a lien, but are not yet
due and payable), any matters
which might be disclosed by an
accurate survey and inspection of
the property, any assessments,
zoning ordinances, covenants, all
liens, encumbrances, easements,
restrictions or other matters of
record that may have priority over
said Deed to Secure Debt, if any.
The sale will be conducted subject
(1) to confirmation that the sale
is not prohibited under the U. S.

confirmation and audit of the status

of land lying and being in the 68th
District, GM of Burke County,
Georgia, containing 279.7 acres,
more or less, lying on both sides
of the Girard-McBean Highway
(State Route No. 23), and being
bounded, now or formerly, on the
North by lands of G. D. Mallard and
lands of Nettie Stephens; East by
lands of G. D. Mallard and Nettie
Stephens; South by lands of Julia
Mobley and lands of Thomas B.
Clayton Estate; and West by lands
of David M. Dixon and Randal P.
Dixon, formerly Thomas B. Clayton,
