Because of default in the payment
of the indebtedness secured by a
Security Deed executed by Hendy
Amedee and La’Vet Amedee, dated
March 6, 2018, in the original loan
amount of $29,131.39 in favor of
American Farm Properties, Inc. as
recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Superior Court of Burke County,
Georgia, in Deed Book 1077, at
page 117, and secured by a parcel
of land in Burke County, Georgia;
the undersigned has declared the
entire amount of said indebtedness
due and payable, in accordance with
the terms of the Note. There will be
sold by the undersigned at public
outcry before the courthouse door
in Burke County, Georgia, on the
first Tuesday in September, 2021,
within the legal hours of sale to the
highest bidder for cash the following
described property to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land and
all improvements thereon, lying and

Said property is conveyed subject to

that may be superior to the deed
being foreclosed.
