having occurred in the payment of
the indebtedness thereby secured

and provisions thereof, the power of
sale in said deed to secure debt has
become operative. A copy of this
notice of sale has been given to the
debtor as required by O.C.G.A. §44-
14-162.2. The proceeds of said sale
will be applied as provided in said
