GEORGIA, BURKE COUNTY
WHEREAS, heretofore on Novem
ber 8th, 2018, CALVIN SCOTT and
VANESSA HASSETT did execute
and deliver to CHARLES BRANNEN
of the State of Georgia, a Deed to
Secure Debt conveying the land de
scribed in Schedule “A” below; and,
WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure
Debt was executed to secure a Note
of even date therewith in the original
amount of SEVENTEEN THOU
SAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY
FOUR AND NO/100 ($17,244.00)
DOLLARS together with all other
indebtedness of the Borrowers to
the Lenders then due or that might
thereafter become due, or thereafter
