divided interest in Seven Hun¬
dred and Sixty-Five acres of land
belonging to my ward, situated
in the old Sixteenth District of
Sumter county, Georgia, and
known as the W. A. Wilson home
place.

guardian of person and property
of W. W. Wilson for the purpose
of selling said property and re¬
investing the proceeds. My roa-
son for wanting to sell are that I
cannot successfully manage a
one-twelfth interest of land so
far away, it being Wme, about eighty
miles from my and I be¬
lieve the price offered at private
sale is fair and reasonable, and

in lots Nos, 958 and 959 near
Fitzgerald, Georgia, the home of
myself and ward to good advan¬
