Atlanta’s Golf Clubs
Atlanta, Dec. 16—Few people
know it, but now there are two golf
courses in beautiful Druid Hills. One
’of course, is the famous Druid Hills
!Golf Club which everybody knows
iabout. The other is a unique one
‘hole course 1n the back yard of Geo.
‘Adair, one of the men who made
Druid Hills what it is, and who has
one of the most magnificent homes
in that section of handsome homes.
Mr. Adair decided that there were
occasional times when he could
practice at home for a few miuutes,
when it wouldn't be possible to go to
the club, so he had the tee and fair
green and putting green laid out,
with a sloping approach and a sand
trap in front of the putting green,
so that it requires a skilful chip shot
with the mashes to lead and stay
on. So far as is known, Mr. Adair's
back yard is the only “private golf
course” in Georgia.
For Rent ‘
I have a uumber of choice
residence property and busi
ness houses for rent at a low
price. Also nice rooms for
light housekeeping. See me
at Ben Hill National Bank.
