Routes Completed
Atlanta, Dec. 17.—Practically all
of the matter is now in hand for the
MOTOR WAY ROUTE BOOK, to be
issued by Janury 10th by the Geor
gia Chamber of Commerce from the
press of the Foote & Davies Co.
The book has been compiled and
gotten together by Messrs. Arm
strong & Gans, the leading men in
the South handling this class of pub
lication, and it will be the first com
prehensive automobile highway
route book which has ever been
issued in the State of Georgia.
The Georgia Chamber of Com
merce is very anxious to have the
book as comple as possible, and they
have issued a statement showing
Ithe routes which have already been
prepared for the book and urge that
the public interested in the matter
carefully peruse these routes and
any routes that have been omitted
that should be in the book will be
éladly included if parties along the
line of the route will take up the
matter at once with the Georgia
Chamber of Commerce and furnish
the necessary information in regard
to the route.
The routes so far included in the
Jook are as follows:
Atlanta to Chattanooga return via
Marietta, Cartersville, Calhoun, Dal
ton. This is the Johnson-Sherman
highway and a proposed Dixie High
way.
Atlanta ‘to Chattanooga and re
turn via Rome. This is the Forrestl,
Highway and a proposed Dixie'
Highway.
Atlanta to Macon and return via
Jonesboro, Griffin and Forsyth. This
is the National Highway and a pro
wposed Dixie Highway.
Atlanta to Macon and return via
McDonough and Jackson. This is
a proposed Dixie Highway.
Macon to Thomasville and return
via Ft. Valley, Oglethorpe, Monte
zuma, Americus, Albany, Camilla.

and the Macon-Bainbridge leg of the
Triangle Highway.
Macon to Waycross and returr:l
via Perry, Hawkinsville, Abbeville,l
or Rochelle Fitzgerald, Douglas. This
is a proposed Dixie Highway. l

Ellaville, Buena Vista. This is the
Savannah-Columbus Highway.,
Atlanta to Augusta and return via
Monroe, Athens Lexington, Wash
ington, Thomas. This is the Fed
eral Highway.
Atlanta to Augusta and return
via Conyers, Covington, Social Circle,
Madison, Greensboro, Crawfordsville,
Warrenton, Thomson. This is the
Southern Branch of the Federal
Highway.
Macon to Brunswick and return
via Perry, Hawkinsville, Eastman,
Mcßae, Hazlehurst, Baxly, Jesup.
This is the Brunswick-Bainbridge
leg of the Triangle Highway.
Brunswick to Bainbridge and re
turn via Waycross, Homerville, Val
dosta, Quitman, Thomasville, Cairo.
This is the PBrunswick-Bainbridge
leg of the Triangle Highway.
Bainbridge to Macon and return
via Camilla, Albany, Americus,

detailed announcement of the plan!
for the peace expedition headed
by Henry Ford was made Sundav
at & Iweeting held under the aus-t‘
pices of the students and profes
sors of the University of Christ'-
ania, besides the 150 Americans
already in the party. Ten people
are to join from each of the follow
ing countries:

Norway, Sweden, Denmark,
Holland, Spain and Switzerland,
After Stockholm and Copenhagen
have been visited all will assemble
at The Hague. There the entire
body will choose three delegates
from each country. It is stated
that William Jennirgs Bryan will
be among the Americins if he ac
cepts the invitation. Twenty-one
delegates will be empowered to sit
indefinitely. They will have a two
fold mission,
