council Will expire on next Satur
day, when anew council for the
present year will he elected. AVe
hope the election will he held, and
not go by default, as it has in years
past, so that .the same may be
kept up with any confusion. The
present council have acted faith
fully, and done their duty as they
saw it, and they retire with the
thanks of the citizens of town iu
the able and efficient manner in
which they have conducted the
municipal affairs.
