On last Wednesday, in Harri son disttict, A D and J L Smith were tried before justice Berry man on charge of assault with in tent to murder. A D Smith was required to give bond and J L Smith waß discharged. The people of Danielsville should not forget that there is to be an election for commissioners to govern the town during this year on Monday next. When they quit they found that they had forty-six birds.
