in which they have been kept.
We have examined the roads in
different parts of the county amt
do not find them in very good con
dition and urge the commissioners
in each district, to see that, they
are properly worked. We gnd the
railing down on the bridge ncross
Brush creek near the Kirk place,
and find the Lexington roads lead
ing from Five Forks on by Col. .1
M Smith’s place in bad condition.
We would also urge upon the com
missi®ner to see that loose rock
are not pulled back into the roads
while worked.We recoommend that
the Ordinary buy one hundred
copies of the road laws to be furn
ished to overseers.
