same removed,-and tho owner of
such land shall be.liable to pay to
the parly removing or having such
obstructions removed reasonable
condensation for such labor, for
which he shall have a lien upon
all the property so refusing, to
rank as a id to be eu'orcßd as oth
er laborer’s liens are now enforced
under the laws.

the land of adjoining
it shall be neccessary to extend
such ditch or drains through the
lands ol such adjoining landowner

his lauds, and such adjoining land
ower refuses to extend such ditch
or drains, or allow the same to be
extendtd th ough his lands, then,
and in that event, it shall be law
ful for the parties desiring to
