Highway between Neese and Ha, Ga,; eight miles west of Danielsviile. This tract of
land will be scientifically divided into small acreage tracts by land experts and will
positively be sold to the highest bidder, without restrictions. You make the price; we
sell the land. Each tract will have desirable building sites; three of the tracts will
have good dwellings and outbuildings, with water and wood and very fine saw timber
There is some timber land that will cut fibmjjwenty to thirty thousand feet per acre.

The petition of T. V. Strickland
Shows the following facts.—
1. That he is the guardian of Clar
ence Strickland, age It's Htriek
land, age 14 Aprii2ll9, Hnel Strick
land age 12 years, Worley Strickland
age 11 years, Paul Strickland age
yeats, jobbit Strickland ago 1 years,
Annie Strickland age 5 yenis, Hugh
Dorsey Stncklaml age 2 years, and-la
nie Lee Strickland age 1 year, having
been heretofore duly appointees such
guardiau, and has qualified as such.
2. That the said minors are the re
versioner* holders in a tei tain tract
or parcel of lane lying and being in
Madison County, Ga., the .same con
taining 64 4-10 acres more or less, the
same being under deed from G, H. A!
len to Mrs. Cora Strickland for and du
ring her lifetime, and then to her heirs
the said lands being charged with a
yearlv stipulation of? 25.00 per annum
to be paid to the said G. H- Allen, the
maker of the deed as long as he should
live, a copy of said deed being hereto
attached and marked exhibit "A" and
made a part of this paiagraph.
3. Petitioner further shows t tint tee

and that the said G. B. Alien lias an
Annuity of $25.00 Iper annum against
the same.
4. That the petitioner desires n

er her life interest m the same for re-,
investment, and the said G. H. Allen,
who has an annuity on said lands for
and during his life is willing and will
release his interest therein, and trans
fer the same to the other lands in
which reinvestment is sought, and
each of them will sign contract to
that effect. \
, 5. That said lands are farming lands
only, is rough, and not on a public
highway, and not. close to schools and
churches, and is not, as far as .values
are concerned, in a desirable part of
the county, can rent only for' a small
amount for each year, and if the peti
tioners were to give his said wards
the ben suits of schooling, he would
have to move them away from said
place on which they now live, and is
the pi ado named and aet out herein.
That the buildings are in the need of
repair, and it will costa considerable
sum to do this.

11. Alien releasing his annuity on said
place, and the same to he transferred
to the place to be purchased, as well
as the life estate of the said Mrs. Cora
Strneklaud, the said lands of said
wards can be sold lor the stun of $70.-
00 per acre, all of the interest therein
and the whole title to go to the pur
chaser, without any reservations.
7. That petitioner desires to sell said
property for reinvestment, and to in
vest the same in the following tract
or parct 1 of land, the same lying and
being in Madisoh county, Ga., adjoin
ing lands of B. F. Anthony, Epps
place Lawrence Collins, and others
being tract of land bought bv H. J.
Brioges from W. A. Whitworth and
so described i n deed from W. A.
Whitworth Jto H. J. Bridges dated
December 20th 1015 and to which de
scription in said deed is referred to.
the same containing 43-4-10 acres
more or less, less 1-20 acres sold off
toG. T. Whitworth by H. J. Bridges.
The other t ract or parcel of land for
which reinvestment is being asked, is
all that tract or parcel of land, adjoin
ing lands of B. F. Anthony, Sidney
Epps, and Brushy Creek, the same
containing 201-2 acies, being the
lands bought by B. J. Bridges from

in a good state of cultivation, is on the

and churches, is of more acreage, and
can be bought at and for the sum of

sires to invest the proceeds of the
place to be sold in this place, and that

Mrs. Cora Strickland to have a life es
tate in the same, and tire said G. H.
Allen to have a $26.00 per annum out
of same as an annuity as lo v g as long

are more valuable, will be a better
investment for the remainder and

heirs of which petitioner - is guardian,
and is a much more desirable place
for them, and will pay. a much
larger rent when they <}p come into
possession of it, and willvbeihore val
uable forsale than the place that is
sought to be sold.
9. Petitioner furtbojP shows that
the next of to aaid minors are G.
H. Allen their grandfather, their
mother, Mrs. Cora Strickland, and
their uncle Obe Strickland, and that
they they ail reside in Madison Coun
ty, Georgia.
10. Petitioner shows that notice of
his intention to make this application
has been published a w eek for
four weeks in the Danielsville Moni
tor, being the newspaper r in which
County Advertisements! are usually
as is required by law, before the hear
ing on this application.
Wherefore petitioner prays for an
orderfor the publication of said no
tice as is required by law, and that
service perfected as is provided by
law., and that service Jperfectecl as is
provided by law, on ail concerned.
