Tract No. 1.
Being all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Madison county,Ga.
being a part ol the lands ot J. 1. Bur
roughs deceased, near lia, Ga., and
known as tract No. 1 in said survey,
adjoining the lands of the Dower cut
out of said lands, G. W. Westbrook es
tate lands and Joe Kit spat rick on the
North, the John Met imnon estate on
the East, Ed L. Burroughs on th-s
South, and Jot No. 2 of said survey arid
Athens and ( arnesville road on the
West, this lot containing 23 12-100 a
i>rea more or less.

Being of same tract, and adjoining
lot No. 1 of said survey on the North,
J.J. Strickland and Edd L. Burroughs
on the East, and lots Nos. 3 and 4 and

lot containing 30 acres more or*less.

Being of same tract, and adjoining
lot N0.2 of the same survey on the
North, Eest by lots Nos. 2 and 4, on the

West, by the Dower tract, Jhe same
containing 51 42-100 more or less.

Being of same tract, and adjoining

43 8-100 acres more or less. The above
lots of land being of t be survey of J. f.

Being of the ame survey, and ad

East and South, and the Athens and
Arnoldsville road on the west, the
same containing one acre more or less.

above four lots being a part of the J. I
Burroughs old home place in Pittman
district.

The same being one third interest
in that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Pittman district said

estate, Walter Mathews. Willie Bur
roughs and David Cheatham, the
whole tract of land containing 154 7-8
acres more or less, the other two third
undivided interest being owned by
Misses Kmmaline and Prndenee Bur
