AUCTION LAND SALE
Friday, October 24th, at 10:30 A. M.
We will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of cost, the Mrs. Robert Russell farm
containing 261 acres, at Vineyards Creek Church, four miles north of Paoii. The
farm has been divided into live tracts, so that each tract has living running water,
pastures, wood and timber sufficient on each tract to keep it up.
Lot No. 1 contains 93 1-2 acres, a good dwelling house, two real good barns, plen
ty ot outbuildings, wide road frontage, a few acres of nice branch bottoror, sufficient
wood and timber to keep up tract. The greatest part of this tract is m state of cul
tivation. Some very fine fresh, land. Fine spring. Good orchard.
Lot No. 2 contains 47 acres, has good dwelling, outbuildings, fine pastures, about
a ori e horse crop in cultivation, balance in woodland and timber. Both lots No. One
and two join Vineyards Creek Church lot.
Lot No. 3. contains 52 acres, has a wide road frontage, beautiful building site, plen
ty of good branch bottom land, wood and timber. Over one-half of this lot is in
cultivation.
Lot o. 4 contains 411-4 acres, good dwelling, orchard, barn and other outbuild
ings, plenty of good timuer, very fine branch bottoms, good upland.
