The petition of T. V. Strickland
shows the follow ing- facts
1. That, he is the guardian of Clar
ence Strickland, tig* I<>, C. 'l'. Strick

land age 12 years, Worley Strickland

2. That the said minor.-, are there
versionery holders in a certain tract
or parcel of lane lying and Doing in
Madison County, Ga., the'same con-

Haiti Mrs. Cora Strickland owns a life
estate in said parcel or tract of land,

4. That the petitioner desires to
sell the reversionary interest, of ids
said wards in said‘described property

the same after the life estate: of the
said Mrs. Cora Strickland, and that,
said lands cannot, be divided in kind,
on account, of the same briny farndm
land and a small t ract and petitioners
wards haviny only the reversionary
Interest in same, and that, the said life,

er her life interest in the same for re

who has an annuity on said lands for
and during his life is williny and will
release his interest, therein, tuidtrans
fer the same to the other lands in
which reinvestment is souyht, and
each of them will sign contract to

5. That said lands are fara ii.e lands

hiyhway, and not. close to schools and
churches, and is not. ns far as values
are concerned, in a desirable part of
the county, can rent, only for a small
amount for each year, and if the peti
tioners were to yive h s aid wards
the benefits of schouiiny. he would

6. Thatdm the selling of the whole
estate, in connection with the life es-

to the place to he purchased, as well
as the life estate of the said Mrs. Cora
Strickland, the said lands of said
wards can be sold for the sum of $30.-
00 per acre, all of the interest, therein
and the whole title to go to the pur
chaser, without any reservations.

vest the same in the following tract
or parcel of land, the same lying' and,
being in Madison county. Ca., adjoin
ing lands of 15. F. Anthony, Epps
place Lawrence Collins, and others
being tract of land bought by U. J.
Briege* from \Y. A. Whitworth and
so described in deed from \V. A.
Whitworth [to 11. J. Bridges dated
December 30th 1915 and to which de
scription in said deed is referred to.
the same containing 43 4 10 acres
more or less, less 1-30 acres sold off
toG. T. Whitworth by H. ,1. Bridges.
The other tract or parcel of land for
which reinvestment is being asked, is
all that tract or parcel of land, adjoin
ing lands of B. F. Anthony, Sidney
Epps, and Brushy Creek, the same
containing 301 3 acres, being the
lands bought by H. J. Bridges from
B. F. Anthony.
8. That said propertv has good
dwelling thereon, good out housi s, j
in a good state of cultivation, is on the
public highway.convenient to schools
and churcht s, , , of more acreage, and
can be bought, at and for the sum of
$100.0!) per acre. That petitioner de
sires to invest the proceeds of the
place t o be sold in this place, and that

restrictions to lie on said place as on

and is a much more desirable place
for them, and will pay them a much
larger rent when they do com** into
posst • ion of it, and will be more val
uable if sale t han the place that is
sought to be sold.

their uncle Obe Strickland, and that
they they all reside in Madison Coun
ty, Georgia.
