Madison County for the year 1919, be
paid at a rate of 12 mills on tli.e one
dollar or 12 dollars on the one Thous
and dollars worth of property return
ed for taxation and on the digest tor
the present year.
2 That the total amount of property
given in as shown by the tax digest
for the present year is $2,872,002.
3rd. It is ordered that the Tax Col
lector of Madison County proceed at
once to collect the sum of $34,464.02.
on the the total amount of property
appearing on the present year tax
digest, as the law demands and re
quires.
4th, That lie also collect the amounts
of the local school tax in each local
school district as they are returned to
him by the! school authorities to be

vest the undivided eight eighteenth,
8-18 interest of Guy Wansley, Hoyt
Warsley,Grace Wansley,Ouida Wans

minors in a tract of land located in
Grove Hill District, in Madison
County Georgia, on Brushy Creek,

others and on the West by Bullock
and llart and contains One Hundred
and Five, 105 acres, more or less and
known as Mack Faulkner place.

said application being that said Gun
nells, owning one half of said land de
sires to sell and the interest of said
minors not paying a reasonable per
