By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Madison county, Ga.. will be sold at public outcry on the first Tuesday in December, lf>lo, at the court house door in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the following property to-wit: All of two certain tracts of land be longing to the estate of B. S. Ramsey deceased, the first tract being that tract ol land lying and being in Pitt man district, the same adjoining lands of Chandler, Sailors and others, and containing 50 acres more or less. The other tract adjoining the above tract, and adjoining Williams lands, Adams, and others, the same contain ing 67 acres more or less, and being all the lands belonging to the estate of B. S. Ramsey deoeased. Plats to the above described two tracts of land will bo exhibit ,v the day of sale, and any one desiring to see said lands can call on the under signed. The whole of said lands will be sold, the widow of the said E. S.
