of Ordinary of said County, granted
at the January Term, 1920, will be
sold before the Court House Door
of Madison County, on the first
Tuesday in March next, within the
legal hours of sale, the following
property of the estate 6f Mrs. Mat
tie A. Graham, deceased, to-wit:
That tract or parcel of land in
State of Georgia, Madison County,
262nd Dist., G. M., on the upper
Athens and Carnesville road,ad join
ing lands of Shields, Perry, other
lands of said Mrs. Mattie A. Gr£yiiam,
and said road, and enclosed in the
following lines to-wit: Beginning at
a post oak on said road and running
S 25.30 W 5.78 to bend of rofid
thence S 6 W 10.64 to red oak,
thence S. E. 4.25 to rock, thence N.
13 1-2 E. 15.15 to rock, thence N.
65 1-2 W. 4.25 to beginning corner,

ment of the Superior Court, will be
sold before the Court House door at
Danielsville, Ga., within the legal
hours of sale, on the first Tuesday
in Mareh, 1920, to the highest bidder
on tile terms' as herein after set out,
the following described property to
wit:
One tract or parcel of
land lying and being on the waters
of Holly Crek, in Collins District,
Madison County, Ga., adjoining the
lands of J. L. Mercier, J. H. Bruce,
Eberhardt lands, Mrs. Sue Mitchel,
and Joe Power, the same containing
101 Acres more or less, and being
the property willed to the children
of Hester Cooper by Pleasant Moon.
There is a five room dwelling and
good tenant house on this place,
good two-horse farm open, and fifty
acres in timber. The lad lies well
and is well watered. The land is
rented for the year 1920 for one
fourth of crops, and this is to go to
the purchaser, and the purchaser to
pay the taxes for 1920.
This land is sold by the order of
the Superior Court for division a
mong the common owners thereof,
they being Mrs. Lillie May Threl
keld, May Leo Burroughs, Lizzie Es
telle Collins, Jessie Lou Compton,
Ethel Emma Power, David Elridge
Cooper, and Elba Goss Cooper, as is
provided in said order, the under
signed being appointed by cne Court
as Commissioners to sell tr.e same.
The terms of the sale are that
purchaser is to pay 10 per cent of
his bid to the Commissioners on the
day of sale, and the remainder up
on the confirmation of the sale by
the Court and deed made.
