the Ha Baptist Missionary Union met
at the home ofl Mrs. G. A Bur
roughs Monday afternoon, Nov. 1:1,

The services were opened with
song, scripture lesson and prayer.
The Subject for the afternoon being,
‘‘The ministry of healing.”
After the program collection was
taken for the two girls from our dis
trict who are in training to be mis
sionaries. A card was read from the
Georgia Baptist Hospiai thanking
us for the box which has been sent...

county gives 5,009 bales ginned in
county from the crop of 1922 prior
to Nov Ist, as compared with 15,-
952 bales ginned to Nov. Ist, last
year.

elected Elec Huff as their manager

The team opened the season Satur
day Nov. 4th, by defeating' the fast
team of Arnoldsvillc. Our boys jump

the game, and held it until Urn last
