COUNTY AGENT ACTIVITIES
Pc you know that several communi
ties have already got together and
decided on a definite program to
follow this year in regard to what
they expect to plant? Do you realize
that we must plant more than one
money cron, so if one fails we will
have others to fall back on? Are you
familiar with the history of the <*©un
ties that have depended or. cotton a
lor.e for a money crop under weevil
conditions? Have you read about
those that did not? If you are aware
of the two above conditions can you
stare them in the face and deliberate
ly allow the wolf to come to your
door? The thinking communities
will take action and pr vent these
conditions..
It is the duty of any thinking man
to take steps to get his community
together. You will then, be able to
adopt the necessary measures toward
meeting the new conditions we are
now forced to farm under. One 'man
can do nothing, but a body of men
can do anything.
The communities that have got to
gether are going to make their meet
ings mean something to them in ar
tual dollars and cents. You can and >
the same thing. Communities wish
ing to arrange meetings write or tele
phone W . R. Eskew, County Agent,
Danielsville Georgia. We hope to
have a meeting, in every community.
Lets organize our efforts this year
and have the most prosperous year
we have ever had .
