Mr. and M.s. J. WL Holcomb on
.{i-ne 27th, and carried away unto
himself tni precious little daughter,
V/oodie Sue. To know Woodie Sue
was to love and cherish he'.'. She was
-.i bright and beautiful, and always
; > obedient, and was given such a
r vvweet musical talent!. She was ever
ready to sing the little songs she had
learned to sing so sweetly for every
i iiirtor in the home, and to the par
• -its as well.
She was tl * joy a.id light of the
h >rr.e in which ihi was permitted to
jitsy only a short, period of five years
a:d r.ix months. Oh! she is greatly
missed in the home, and by tho.-<
that knew her.
The bereaved ave struggling under
Vh< ir load of grief, as the home is
• > sad. Oh! so sad since the depart
n i < . this little one, and as her little
voice is heard no more our hearts
a e crushed with grief, and our arms
an aching for the little form to hold, j
"Vi t we must he submissive to the
one who doeth all things well, for
we know Woodie Sue is sweetly 'rest
ing in the arms of our Savior, and i
v ■ too should strive to live so that j
v,e niay again clasp the little hands
that are beckoning us from the beau
tiful home above. She leaves to
mourn her loss, her parents, four
(e.. . two brothers, her grand par- i
• .its and a host .of relatives and j
friends. The heart broken parents ■
have our deepest heartfelt sympathy, j
