Free man, Com., sitting for county pur poses’ proceeded to levy the tax for County purposes for the year 1923, as follows: I It appealing that the tax digest shows a decrease in the total amount of property given in fir taxation of $778,585.00, while the exnense r-f the county shows no decrease.
