Hart and Miss Susie Sorrells were hostesses to the Wo man's Club for the December meet ing, at the former’s home, which was beautiful with its decorations of hol ly and potted plants. Mrs. Hampton presided i her usual charming man ner, and told of her plans for the coming year, then gave an outline for tlii- January meeting which will be on Public Welfare Work. For the benefit of no w members the by-laws were read. The roll call showed 19 members present and two visitors. The Club ends a most successful year, ami each member seems to be taking a greater interest than ever before. New members are added ! for trv.j: ihingfc next year. What can a school do without the co-operation of the patrons? I’m glad to set the people of this community visit the school. It makes the pupils know that you are inter ested in them. Wonder what other school coaid say that all the children between the ages of 6 and 14 were in school in their district. We ace very proud of this record. The enrollment up to date is 29. Friday there . will be an oral re view of the different grades and dif ferent studies. Then a short Christ mas program. .Last of all a Christ mas Tree. Everybody invited.
