The 30th District b composed of Madison, Hart and Elbert Counties. Madison’s members of this Commit tee are Mesrcers L. H. Greene, Co mers G Moore, Luke Hardman, and Dr. P. J, W-celbrook. At the meeting L. F,. Greene wan elected Chairman to succeed J. H. Skelton, and R. Stapleton of Elbcr ton wa;s elected to succeed himse’f as Secretary. The Committee fixed the date for the closing of the entries for this primary on AMgulst Ist, and at 12:00 o'clock- noon on that day. The rules adopted provide that the primary thall bt a district wide one, and that the candidate getting ting the most votes throughout the District will be declared the nominee. The Committee also fixed the as sessment to be paid by each candi date at $75, said amount to be paid by noon, August Ist to R. Stapleton, Secretary of the Committee, who will in turn pay $25 of said turn over 'o Executive Cjommtytce cj? each County in the District. The rules also provide that the Committee thall meet in Danielsville within 10 day afte** the primary and consolidate the vote of the district and declare the nominet.
