N. 39.07 E. 37.54 to a red oak stump,
thence N. 32.45 W. 43.47 to a post
oak, thence S. 23.30 W. 26.55 to the
beginning pine tree corner, and con
taining 04 acres more or less and de
scribed more fully by plat and sur
vey of the same made Feb. 5, 1922
by Dawson Williams, and attached
to chain of title for the above lands,
and more lately known as the M. L.
LaCount Place.

Mill Shoal Creek; on the East by the

erty of Kidd, Boggs and Drake, con
taining Five Hundred Thirteen and
one-half (513%) Acres, more or
h-NS, and more particularly desoribed
by survey and plat of said property
made by W. T. Appleby, Cj. E,
July 6, 1907, a hopy cf which is re
corded in Book A-2, page 359, in the
effice of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Madison County, Georgia.
