To represent the Association on the Board of Trustees of the Amer ican Cotton Growers Exchange, which is an overhead organization of the twelve Cotton Co-operatives, the Directors of the Association named, as Trustees: J, E. Conwell, Lavonia, Ga. J. M. Council, Americus, Ga. J. A. Bowers, Meigs, Ga. The first meeting of the Board of Directors followed an election held, in the.'twenty Cotton Districts of the State on April 11th. Morton, Athens One of the features of tbe An imal Meeting of the members of the > Association was an address de livered by Mr. Eugene Black, Pres ident of the Atlanta Trust Company. In his address Mr, Black reiterated his belief in Go-operative Marketing and confidence in the Management of the Georiria 1 Cotton Growers Co operative Association. With refer ence to the problem of the Associ ation, the speaker said: “Any man who loves Georgia and is interested in her prosperity, is not opposed to Co-operative Market ing for cotton and other farm rcts. in mv opinion.
