introduced to create the City Cou.t
of Dan e’sville, in and for the Coun
ty of Madison, to define its powers,
jurisdiction, procedure and practice;
to provide for a Julge, Solicitor,
and other officers of said Court; to
provide compensation for said offi
cers, and a place for holding said
Court, and for other purposes.
