received a telegraphic order from Judge
Speer, however, who 1* out of the city,
authorizing him to adjourn the court
from week to week until he come* to
preside over it

taking hie annual vacation and will not
be back tor aeveral week* yet,

tain lots that Dodge claims ore included
in his properties. On one occasion,
when he sent woodsmen there to cut

to ehoot them if they did not desist,
