The indictment against L. O. Benton
of Monticello. charging ths defendant
with Reduction has been hoi pressed In
the superior court of Bibb county.

o'clock, Judge FHton met Attorney
Kilpatrick of Monticello and J. E. Hall
of Macon, representing Renton, and
Miss Knte Roebuck, the prosecutrix,
