the hours often in the forenoon and three in the
afternoon, at the couurt-liouse iu the county in
which the property is situate. Notice of these
sales must be given in a public gazette sixty days
previous to the day of sale.
1 Sates of negroes must be at public auction, on
he first Tuesday of the month, between the usual
hours of sale, at the place of public sales in the
county where the letters Testamentary, of Admin
istration or Guardianship, may have been granted,
