Notice thix.
ON Thursday the 23th March, a young man
who called himself RILEY, hired a saddle
horse from my Livery Stable, during my absence
for two days, and has not since been heard of. —
The following is a description of him and horse,
he is of a slender statute, middling height, light
complected and has a full face —the horse is a
dark bay, has a long tail and short mane, and
his hind f'et-locks are considerably sprung—B or 3
years old, and 14 or 15 hands high. It is possible
he may have been taken sick, and if not the pub
lic are cautioned against him, he wore a light
colored suit, with a round-about of the latest fash
ion. The public are cautioned against trading
for a horse of the above description, if be has
stolen the horse, a liberal reward will Ic paid
for the safe, detention of the horse or for the de
tection of the thief so that he may be brought to
justice. HENUY TURNER.
