ica; the officers of the Tallulah
Falls Conservation Association
alone being barred from participa
tion therein . The articles will be
passed upon by five of the most
distinguished scholars of this
country whose names will be an
nounced within a few days.
Every article submitted must
be in mv office not later than June
Ist, 1912. Every article submit
ted must bear a fictitious name in
order that the committee and of
ficers of the Association may be
in ignorance of the identity of the
writer to relieve the award of any
suspicion or partiality. Post of
