deed made and delivered to it by
James J. Williams dated August 2nd,
1921 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Toombs County, Georgia, in Book
11 Folio 349, the undersigned will
sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, on the First Tues
day in February, 1924, before the
Court House Door at Lyons, Toombs
County, Georgia, between the legal
hours of Sheriff’s sales, the follow
ing described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the Fif
teen Hundred & Thirty-sixth (1536-
th) G. M. District of the County of
Toombs, State of Georgia, consist
ing of Eighty (80)’ acres, more or
less, hounded North by lands of J.
W. O’Neal Estate; East by lands of
G. H. Mcßride; South by lands of
Hendricks; and West by Little Rocky
Creek, as per plat of survey made
October 30th, 1913, by P. B. Law
rence, C.E., which plat is attached
to and made a part of this deed for
the purpose of description. Being
same land conveyed to James J.
Williams (named in deed J. J. Will
iams), by P. W. Williams, which deed
